Private Lessons
Private lessons, with one or more of our dance instructors, give you the specific and personalised attention it takes to look and feel confident on the dance floor, while you build the ability to lead or follow any partner. We work at your pace, perfecting and polishing your dancing at the same time.

Group Classes
Group classes are the second part of our method. Together with your private lessons and our practice parties, they are how we make sure you learn as much as possible, in the shortest time, with the most retention — and have a great time doing it.
Practice Parties
Regularly scheduled practice parties complete the material taught in your private lessons and group classes. At a VM Ballroom Dance practice party we turn down the lights, turn up the music, and enjoy time dancing with different people in a relaxed social setting.
Practice parties help you “put it all together”, help with recognising the music, and teach you how not to run into other people on the dance floor. They are a great — and FUN — way to apply what you are learning.

The VM Ballroom Dance Studios Trophy System
The Trophy System offers a simple path for you to keep tabs on your development while you enjoy your dancing.
Bronze Trophy Program
From there, students can advance to the Bronze Trophy Program — our most popular. It lets you dance on any size dance floor, to any music, with any partner, and feel comfortable and confident.
Silver, then Gold
From the Bronze Trophy Program, students can continue on to the Silver Program, and then all the way to Gold.
